The Level Up Experience
A 12-week character development journey for 9th and 10th graders that transforms how young people see themselves and their potential.
Weekly Sessions: 2-hour interactive mentoring focused on character development with real-world application, fostering an empowering community.
Personal Guides: One-on-one mentoring with trained, caring adults who invest in each student's journey through youth mentoring.
Final Boss Challenge: A culminating community service project that puts character into action and strengthens our empowering community.
Family Support Squad: Parent orientations, family nights, and graduation celebrations to engage families in the youth mentoring process.
Level Up Leader Certification: Recognition of growth and achievement that highlights the importance of mentoring in personal development.
LEVEL UP CHARACTER PILLARS
Trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship are essential values that contribute to an empowering community. Through mentoring, especially in youth mentoring programs, we can instill these principles in the next generation.
2026 LEVEL UP
40 youth are engaged in a mentoring program designed to empower the community. Over 12 weeks per cohort, participants will contribute to 4 service projects across 8 communities, fostering a spirit of youth mentoring.
